Mitsu holds a BA in Creative Writing, and has nine years of teaching experience, including four years teaching high school English. Their editorial approach combines close attention to character development, voice, and both practical and emotional pacing. They strive to make sure that writers walk away with practical and actionable feedback that helps their stories to feel both lived in and irresistible to the reader.
